Newsbrief: Over 10 million players have flocked to play Blizzard's online hero-shooter, Overwatch, since the game launched on May 24.

Blizzard has been keen to shout about the number of players tucking into its latest release, with the company revealing a few weeks back that over 7 million people played the game in its first week

Tangible sales figures, however, have been harder to come by, although it's probably fair to assume a decent portion of those players have bought the game on either console or PC, given that there hasn't been a way to access it for free since the record-breaking open beta ended on May 9
