Newsbrief: Super Smash Bros. for the Nintendo Wii U sold more than 490,000 copies in its opening U.S. weekend, making it the fastest-selling Wii U title to date. That figure is both physical and digital sales combined from November 21-23, and beats Mario Kart 8 as the previously fastest-selling game for the console. It's hardly surprising, given that pre-orders for Smash Bros. surpassed Mario Kart 8's pre-orders earlier this month.
