Newsbrief: British not-for-profit organization Creative England is looking to entice more women into making video games in the UK, with the promise to provide money to the first few women to crowdfund games through its new Queen of Code scheme. The company says that the first few women to crowdfund games through the Crowdfunder platform will receive an extra £5,000 ($8,060) in funding each from Creative England. This is the latest move from Creative England to get more people making games in the UK -- most recently the organization teamed up with PlayStation to invest in British video game companies.
