Newsbrief: Another law firm has filed a class action lawsuit against THQ over its alleged poor handling and cover-up of its failed uDraw franchise and GameTablet peripherals. Despite healthy sales for uDraw's Wii game in early 2011, the company overestimated demand when it attempted to expand the franchise during the holiday season. That error resulted in over $30 million in operating losses, and THQ eventually killed the series and laid off developers who worked on the games. Three different law firms have already filed lawsuits against the company over the troubles, and now Levi & Korsinsky has joined the rabble, alleging that THQ "issued false or misleading statements" regarding the demand for the product.
