Newsbrief: It would appear that the Xbox One has received another price cut in the UK, meaning the console is now £100 ($164) cheaper than it originally started out. The Xbox One started out at £430 ($704) last November, and soon fell to £400 ($656). With the exclusion of the Kinect, this price then fell to £350 ($574). Now Microsoft has dropped the price even further, down to £330 ($541). There doesn't appear to be an official announcement of the price drop, but the new price is in effect on the Microsoft store, and third-party retailers such as Amazon are even bundling Sunset Overdrive alongside the white version of the console for this price. The Xbox One is currently lagging behind the PlayStation 4 in terms of hardware sales. Microsoft says it has shipped 11.7 million Xbox One and Xbox 360 consoles, while Sony says it has sold 10 million PS4 units.
