Newsbrief: South Park: The Stick of Truth developer Obisidian Entertainment has cut a deal with game company Paizo to make licensed video games based on the Pathfinder tabletop roleplaying game, starting with a tablet version of Paizo's Pathfinder Adventure Card Game. This is Obsidian's first public foray into mobile game development, though it's not the first video game based on the Pathfinder IP -- Seattle-based studio Goblinworks successfully Kickstarted development of Pathfinder Online last year. Obsidian is also currently involved with development of the CryEngine-powered modern combat MMO game Armored Warfare and the Pillars of Eternity RPG it Kickstarted back in 2012.
