Simple mobile gaming services are a thing of beauty

I feel that a serious person draws from their past experiences to inform their future. If you are an individual who thrives on achievements and the completion of goals [independently wealthy, degree, girlfriend, a future, etc] then you know this.

Getting what you want in life is a serious of failures where you occasionally achieve success. The key ingredient here is that I stop doing the activities that gain no ground & I focus my efforts on the things that are making sense and are making an impact.

To that end, having achieved a promotion at the ol' day job to engineer and a raise to boot, it is time to give back to the community at large and sponsor a project for a person out there who is technically sophisticated, or clever enough to know a programming language or two. I have already created a few mobile apps myself and so it is time to pass the baton onto a (paid) subordinate who would do the wizardry for me and be paid for that honor. Interested nerds should look up the company Powertech on the google play market to get an idea of what I am thinking of here - fairly simple stuff! Nothing serious.

The candidate would be given a time limit of one month and would be given access as well as admin privileges on a Google Play Android app that they would have free reign over to create a game. The game would have to work as it is described to work but would not need to be technically sophisticated. I'm thinking of a fairly basic frogger clone that meets the minimum requirements that Google mandates for any app in their ecosystem as sort of a proof of concept kind of thing.

The topic of the game and other details of the project beyond what is explained here would be given at the point of contact & not here, which I believe for Gamasutra is based on email? I'm not sure at this point in time. The payment would be no more than a hundred bucks or slightly more if it really is impressive, so don't get too ambitious here, guys! Just sayin'.
