Newbrief: Mikio Watanabe, VP and COO of Deathsmiles developer Cave, is resigning from the company for personal reasons, as media reports state that the studio has canceled its upcoming PS Vita titles. Watanabe, who also currently acts as the company's representative director, plans to leave on May 31. However, he will continue to hold the representative director role until August, at which point CEO Ito Masahito will become the sole party holding that role.
