After being dethroned last week by the fifteenth anniversary edition of Super Robot Wars, Nintendo’s The Legend of Zelda: Phantom Hourglass is back at the top of the charts with approximately 75,000 unit sales. There are much fewer new releases this week than last, with the strongest debut coming from what will be known in the West as Chibi-Robo: Park Patrol on the Nintendo DS – which enters at number two with around 45,000 unit sales. With the rest of the chart made up of evergreen Nintendo DS and Wii titles, including what will be re-titled as Flash Focus: Vision Training in the U.S. at number four, the only other new entry in the top ten is what translates as My Summer Vacation 3 at number seven. It is the only PlayStation 3 title in the top thirty with sales of around 29,000 units and is part of the popular casual gamer friendly series which has also appeared on the PSone, PlayStation 2 and PSP. Overall there are twenty-three Nintendo DS titles in the top thirty this week, followed by four for the Wii and one each for the PlayStation 2, PSP (Ratchet & Clank: Size Matters at number sixteen) and PlayStation 3. There are no Xbox 360 titles in the top thirty.
