After a short delay Acclaim officials have finally released the company’s first quarter results and they are in line with the higher range of predicted results they suggested last week. The company reported a net loss for the quarter ended June 29 of $18 million or 19 cents per share, compared with a profit of $2.5 million, or 3 cents per share, last year. Revenues also fell to $33.1 million from $62.9 million a year ago. Despite all this shares in the company rose 1 cent, to 58 cents, on Nasdaq.
