Officials from Acclaim have announced the company’s third quarter results, for the period ended December 28. In this time the company managed to narrow its quarterly loss but recorded a 38% drop in sales. During the quarter the company made a loss of $9 million on sales of $39.3 million, compared to a loss of $13.9 million and sales of $63.1 million at the same time last year. The company expects fourth quarter results, for the period ended March 31, to include a loss of $20 million to $25 million. However a positive result is being predicted for the next year with Alias, All-Star Baseball 2005 and Juiced being citied as key titles. Source: Newsday.com
