ATI has launched the latest model in its FireGL line of workstation graphics cards, offering enhanced performance over the previous model. Compared to the X2-256 (without the t), ATI is claiming a 25% increase in graphics performance. The pricing for the FireGL X2-256t will be $899 (MSRP), and it will be available later in the month of January.
