BAM! Plays Down Layoff Rumors

Officials from BAM! Entertainment have denied reports that large numbers of staff and contractors have been laid off from the company’s publicity department. Vice president of product development Robert Daly, in speaking to website GameSpot, indicated that only one position had been eliminated internally, along with three outside contractors – only one of which had PR and marketing responsibilities.
