Japanese trade group CESA has announced what it calls "major changes" for its 2009 event, The CESA Developers Conference (CEDEC). CESA, which also organizes the Tokyo Game Show, will move CEDEC to Yokohama in order to "substantially expand" exhibition size and attendance capacity. There will up to 150 sessions at this year's event -- 1.5 times more than last, CESA adds. This year, the organizers are adding a Sponsorship Seminar, where sponsoring companies can introduce their products and tech to attendees. The annual CEDEC awards will also take place alongside the event, with a ceremony to award outstanding technologies and developers. CEDEC will take place September 1-3, and is currently seeking proposals from speakers and sponsors. Interested parties can find further information at the event's official site.
