Representatives from stalwart UK publisher Codemasters have revealed plans for the company to float on the London stock exchange. The move could see the company valued at around £100 million ($166), according to consultancy firm Hoare Govett. Amidst a release schedule that often seems to lack focus the fiercely independent company has seen revenues decline by over 10% this year to £35.6 million ($59.1m), with an overall loss of over £7 million ($11.6m).
