According to online reports the offices of German developers Crytek have been raided, following a tip-off from a former employee regarding software piracy. The developer of the keenly awaited Far Cry is accused of using pirate copies of various software development tools and could face a fine of tens of thousands of dollars. Neither Crytek or publishers Ubisoft have so far commented on the allegations. Source: PC Games Online
