Swedish cross-platform mobile developer, Develant Technologies AB, has released GapiDraw 3.50 Release Candidate 1, the latest addition to its GapiDraw 3 mobile game development platform. As the latest version, the most noteworthy addition to the GapiDraw 3.50 development platform is Tapwave Zodiac support, with the platform now able to be delivered as a ARM Native library on the Tapwave, with hardware accelerated blits through the twGfx library. The updated version of GapiDraw 3.50 also has Palm GapiTimer support, Palm read-only surfaces, Palm DIA support, improved Palm OS integration, Windows Mobile 2003 SE GBA support, and both improved Palm OS emulator support and Win32 DLL for the Tapwave simulator, among other additions. The GapiDraw platform was launched during March 2002, and since that time has been used in over 150 commercial mobile titles. Some of the titles GapiDraw has been used for include: Fire Power-Onrush, BaseBall Today, Moonlander 2, Pool Challenge, Volleyball, Railroad Jam, Cold Fuzion, Marble Mania 2 and Days Of Truth.
