Organisers of the Electronic Game Show have announced that the 2003 event will take place in the World Trade Center, Mexico City from October 23rd to 26th. Last year’s event attracted more than 30,000 visitors and these figures are expected to rise to 32,000 this year. The EGS will have more than 70 pavilions, a business and press center and conferences hosted by companies such as Electronic Arts, Microsoft, Atari and Nintendo. The event will also host a FIFA 2004 tournament named Cybercup, which will see 7,000 people competing on the popular soccer simulator. For further details visit www.electronicgameshow.com.
