Two more established publishers have successfully purchased assets from the bankrupt 3DO. It has been revealed that Namco paid $1.5 million for the Eutechnyx developed Street Racing Syndicate franchise and that Ubi Soft has purchased the Heroes of Might and Magic brand for $1.3 million. Additional assets still being bid for include Jacked, which has received interest from JoWooD and Cubix, which is being pursued by 4kids. Surprisingly the much-derided Army Men franchise has two competing bidders in the form of Eidos and Turbine.
