Gamasutra is teaming up with UK-based websites Gamesindustry.biz and Eurogamer.net to help host the London Game Career Fair, a new two-day event that will run as part of this October's London Games Festival. This UK-based Career Fair will give publishers, studios and game companies the chance to meet games industry professionals, recent graduates and people from the fields of computer graphics, animation and film. The Career Fair will be held between October 3rd - 4th at Cafe Royal on Regent Street in the center of London, and an estimated 1000 visitors are expected to attend, as part of the overall London Games Festival festivities. Other events taking place that week, as part of the first year uniting various UK game associations and entities, include the recently open for registration London Games Summit, as well as the GDC London event (both programmed in association with Gamasutra parent the CMP Game Group), plus the London Content, Outsourcing and Middleware Market presented by TIGA, and BAFTA's British Academy Video Games Awards. Further information on the London Game Career Fair, including sponsorship and exhibiting opportunities, is available from the official London Game Career Fair website.
