Canadian electronic entertainment provider Hip Interactive Corp. has completed its acquisition of game publisher World Entertainment Broadcasting Corporation—more commonly known as Arush Entertainment—Hip officials stated today. Hip will assume the rights of all Arush titles, which includes Playboy: The Mansion. “The acquisition of Arush builds on our strategy of growth in our Hip Games division. Arush’s ability to source and license titles, along with management’s strong industry relationships will enable us to broaden Hip’s North American publishing presence,” said Arindra Singh, president and CEO of Hip.
