A SEC filing from Atari has indicated that the court action commenced by Interplay, over a dispute with the Dungeons & Dragons license, has been resolved. The parties have reached an understanding with respect to the scope and terms of the license agreement, which Interplay had sought to maintain between the two companies. On hearing the news fan sites have been abuzz with talks that a second sequel to PC title Baldur’s Gate could now be made possible. Source: RPGDot
