World of Warcraft will certainly not be the last MMO Blizzard produces, it has been confirmed, with the studio's job opportunities page showing new openings for producers of a new 'next-gen MMO,' as the company gears up for new public events. Though details are necessarily scant, and Blizzard themselves tight-lipped about any future announcements, the developer's employment opportunities site has been updated with three new open positions. All three positions, including lead engine and tools programmers and a lead technical artist, are listed for a team specializing in "next-generation massively multiplayer online games." Blizzard should have a number of announcements to make at upcoming events, including its third Worldwide Invitational at Seoul, Korea's Olympic Gymnastics and Fencing Stadiums on May 19th and 20th, and at its second Blizzcon announced earlier this month.
