Beating even last week’s impressive performance Electronic Arts have now secured the top four positions in the UK sales charts, with the latest Medal of Honor game going straight into number and displacing FIFA 2004 – which had until now seemed likely to remain the number selling title over the whole of Christmas. As in previous weeks the extraordinary number of high-profile titles that have failed to make the top ten, or in some cases even the top forty, is of equal note with Project Gotham Racing 2, Terminator 3, Secret Weapons over Normandy, Ford Racing 2, Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon, Links 2004, Total Club Manager 2004, Breath of Fire: Dragon Quarter, The Hobbit, Gladius and Dungeon Siege: Legend of Aranna all performing miserably.
