New Chairman Appointed At Midway

Representatives from Midway Games have confirmed that Kenneth Cron has been appointed as the company’s chairman, filling the role recently vacated by Neil Nicastro. At the same time Shari Redstone, daughter of majority shareholder Sumner Redstone, becomes vice chairman and Viacom director Joseph Califano will join the board as an independent company director.
