Next Up For Xbox: Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan
Microsoft said today that the Xbox will hit stores in Hong Kong, Singapore and Taiwan late next month.

The console will retail for $205-218 (American dollars), and given that the PS2 and Gamecube only entered these markets within the last year, analysts believe that Microsoft has a better shot at capturing marketshare from its rivals in these regions as opposed to areas where the PS2 has been around longer. Microsoft said there will be up to 20 launch titles available in these three Asian markets. By the end of this year, the Xbox will launch in South Korea as well.
