NXN Launches Source Control Pack For Programmers

NXN Software has announced the availability of NXN alienbrain 6.0 Source Control Pack for programmers, a version control system and configuration manager which can be integrated with NXN's asset management system. The Source Control Pack features branching, branch merging, sharing, pinning, structural history, atomic get, command line tools and change reporting. The client version of the tool includes a bundled license for Araxis Merge Professional, and it integrates with both VisualStudio .NET and CodeWarrior. A standard Source Control Pack contains five NXN alienbrain 6.0 Developer Clients and one Code Server, but can accommodate larger teams by adding more clients (which can be purchased separately). The NXN alienbrain 6.0 Source Control Pack is priced at $2990 per package. The package can be upgraded to a standard NXN alienbrain 6.0 implementation to enable programmers and artists to manage their project data within the same system.
