Representatives from developer Oddworld Inhabitants have announced that their next Oddworld game will not be published by Microsoft. It is not clear how and why this breakdown in relations has come about, but the developer’s next game is still thought to be an Xbox exclusive. The developer’s last title, Munch’s Oddysee, was a key launch title for the Xbox and the next game in the series, currently named Stranger, is due for release within the next twelve months.
