Sony Computer Entertainment America has announced the latest additions to its PlayStation 3's PlayStation Store, including the beta version of its forthcoming multiplayer action game Warhawk and retro release Joust. The Warhawk beta, which was opened to the public for sign ups for a short time, will be the public's first real look at the exclusive Incognito-developed action game, recently noted to be getting a simultaneous downloadable and retail release, the latter including a bluetooth headset for voice chat, this fall. Users accepted in the beta should see the download link appearing on the front page of their PlayStation store. In addition to Warhawk, Sony and Midway have released the classic retro arcade title Joust to the PlayStation Store for $4.99. Finally, a number of videos have been added, most notably the trailer for Naughty Dog's forthcoming exclusive adventure game Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, and as well as a trailer for MLB 07 The Show and Championship Sprint, another upcoming downloadable retro arcade release.
