Poser to be Made Available on Mac OS X

Amid news of a company-wide restructuring plan that included layoffs, Curious Labs announced that a version of Poser will be available for the Mac OS X platform beginning in June 2003. The progam will include dynamic cloth and strand based hair, photo-based facial modeling, and the innovative FireFly Renderer #8482, which enables smoothing of facets at render time, displacement mapping, 3D motion blur, and depth of field.
