Publisher X Debuts With Six iPhone, iPod Titles

Publisher X has announced its formation with six new titles for iPhone and iPod touch. The new company aims to publish games for digital download platforms, such as PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, WiiWare, PC, and Apple portables.

Publisher X has announced its formation with six new titles for iPhone and iPod touch - Critter Crunch, developed by Capybara Games; Zen Pinball: Rollercoaster, developed by Zen Studios; and Reel Deal Slots, Reel Deal Blackjack, Reel Deal Texas Hold 'Em and Reel Deal Video Poker, co-developed by Phantom EFX and War Drum Studios. The new company aims to publish games for digital download platforms, such as PlayStation Network, Xbox Live Arcade, WiiWare, PC, iPhone, and iPod touch. In addition to its existing international developer partners, Publisher X has a partnership with video game development management firm Flashman Studios and public relations agency Reverb Communications. Said the company in its statement: “Together with strong development studio partnerships and an exclusive focus on digitally downloadable titles, Publisher X is in a unique, strategic position to successfully launch new brands and proven IPs within the videogame space.”
