Representatives from Rockstar Games have announced the first details of the forthcoming PS3/Xbox 360 special edition version of Grand Theft Auto IV for release on October 16th, including an art book, soundtrack CD and duffel bag. Rockstar says the special edition kit, expected to be released for $90 and available for pre-order starting immediately, will be packed in a "customized Grand Theft Auto metal safety deposit box." Available for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3 versions of the game, the box will contain the game, and an art book with "never-before-seen production artwork from Grand Theft Auto IV. Also included will be a soundtrack CD featuring "material from top artists, only available on this release," a Rockstar keychain for the deposit box keys, and a limited edition Rockstar duffel bag. Though the game will be simultaneously available for both consoles on its respective North American and European launch on the 16th and 19th of April, Microsoft has previously said the Xbox 360 version will be receiving "exclusive episodic content for Xbox Live, 'giving the community ever-expanding gameplay experiences that simply aren't possible on other consoles.'"
