Representatives from Sammy Corp. have announced a partnership with movie production company Toei. Under the terms of the partnership the two companies will create a chain of cinema complexes across Japan named “Seeds Cinemas”. A separate company will be established to oversee the cinemas, which will be 60% funded by Sammy and 40% funded by Toei. The first Seeds Cinema complex is expected to open sometime in early 2005 in Japan's Chiba prefecture. Source: Polygon
