Sierra Online has announced it is bringing card game Lost Cities, which combines card-based gameplay with exploration, to Xbox Live Arcade in Spring 2008. In Lost Cities, players draw from a pool of cards to earn points as they make expeditions through various lost cities including the Himalayas, the Brazilian rain forest, the desert, ancient volcanoes and ocean depths. The original card game was created by famed board/card game designer Reiner Knizia, and won the International Gamers Award in 2000 for best two-player strategy game. The title will be priced at 800 Microsoft Points ($10). Microsoft also recently announced that Sierra's Switchball will be getting a re-release on XBLA with an update that brings "enhanced graphics for a smoother gameplay experience and enhanced leaderboards." Other recently-announced Sierra XBLA titles include turn-based strategy title Commanders: Attack of the Genos and casual color-matching puzzler Boogie Bunnies.
