Representatives from development tools manufacturer SN Systems have revealed that the company will be offering its ProDG development kits for the PS2 and GameCube on a 180-day rental cycle in Japan. Rental for six months will cost 90,000 Yen ($776), which compares with the full retail price of 345,000 Yen ($2,974). The company has also announced it will be attending the TGS Developer’s Workshop, which runs in parallel with the main Tokyo Game Show event.
