Representatives from Square Enix and wireless software company UIEvolution have announced a strategic partnership that will enable Square Enix to expand its mobile content business by using UIEvolution software to deliver applications across multiple device types and platforms. As part of the agreement both companies will begin collaborating on new content offerings specifically for the US market. The agreement includes an investment by Square Enix of $4 million, making them the third largest shareholder in UIEvolution. Source: Wireless Developer Network
