Microsoft has announced that this week's regular Xbox Live Arcade update will see the release of action-puzzle title Geon: Emotions, developed by UK based Strawdog Studios, and the first title published by Eidos for the Live Arcade platform. First announced in July, Eidos and Strawdog cryptically describe the game as a “psychedelic, pick-up-and-play game of rapidly changing tactics,” which will support up to four players, each playing as one of eight different emotions – Rage, Passion, Fear, Envy, Rapture, Courage, Bliss or Melancholy. According to the statement at the time, each emotion will feature distinct weaknesses and strengths, which players will have to exploit in order to “collect pellets and score goals.” The title is the first from Strawdog, which is made up of former Eurocom and Free Radical Design team members. Geon: Emotions will be available Wednesday the 19th at a price point of 800 Microsoft Points ($10).
