Barbara Kaczynski was appointed to the Board of Directors at Take-Two Interactive Software, Inc. and will chair the developer/publisher’s audit committee. Additionally, Kaczynski will act as an independent director and “financial expert,” according to a press release issued today. "We are very pleased to have Barbara join our Board. With her knowledge of current financial requirements and corporate governance trends, I am confident she will make significant contributions to Take-Two," said Richard Roedel, Chairman and CEO at Take-Two, in the press release. Kaczynski comes from a financial background, most recently serving as CFO of the NFL. With this newest addition, the New York-based company has increased its Board members to eight.
