Texas developer TimeGate Studios (Kohan, Axis & Allies, F.E.A.R. Extraction Point) are on the cusp of announcing three new titles this year for both PC and console -- likely the studio's hinted-at MMO and UE3 strategic FPS. News of the three games comes as TimeGate hires PR company Evolve, who will be working on the account for the three unannounced titles. Though little is yet known about any of the titles, in 2005 TimeGate noted that it was working on Section 8, a first-person shooter using the Unreal Engine 3, combining the FPS with the studio's trademark strategic leanings. Also, in October of 2006, TimeGate announced it would be using Emergent's full Elements suite to develop a yet-unannounced forthcoming MMO title. Evolve's Tom Ohle has said that at least one of the titles will be the first time console owners will "get a taste" of TimeGate's output, which, to now, has focused on the PC.
