Officials from French publisher Ubisoft have released details of the company’s second quarter results, which show a 28.8% increase (at a constant exchange rate) over the same period last year. For the period ended September 30 the company recorded €62.3 million ($72.8m) in sales. Predictions for third-quarter sales stand at between €260 ($304) and €280 million ($327m), thanks to a strong line-up of titles including Prince of Persia: The Sands of Time, XIII and Beyond Good & Evil. Other statistics released by the company place it as the second largest publisher in France, the third largest in Germany and fourth in the UK. It was also ranked as the fifth largest publisher for console titles in the US.
