Nintendo has announced that its weekly Virtual Console update will see the addition of NES action title King's Knight as well as sports-hybrid title Powerball, originally on Mega Drive. King's Knight (pictured), priced at 500 Wii Points, features five action stages, and the player controls a team of heroes featuring a knight, a wizard, a monster and a thief, each of whom must be used strategically. The group's objective is to rescue Princess Claire from a dragon. Powerball's gameplay resembles a blend of rugby and soccer, played on an 100-yard field. Scoring is accomplished by carrying the ball into the opponent's end zone or kicking it into the opponent's net for points. In the game, eight different teams representing different nations compete for the championship, and the player elects one of the eight and controls the entire team in the competition. Powerball is priced at 800 Wii Points.
