SOLO LEVELING: ARISE INTRODUCES A NEW SSR HUNTER, THOMAS ANDRE

LOS ANGELES – DECEMBER 2, 2024 - Netmarble, a leading developer and publisher of high-quality mobile games, has released a new in-game update for Solo Leveling: ARISE. The latest update introduces a new SSR hunter, growth system, and limited-time events.
Starting today, players can experience Thomas Andre, a light-type SSR fighter and the first National Level Hunter introduced in Solo Leveling: ARISE. His basic skill, ‘Cold-blooded Pummel.’ allows him to leap into the air and deal damage to enemies in front of him and his Ultimate skill “Ruler’s Judgment” causes him to transform into the embodiment of violence itself to deliver devastating attacks.
The new Simulation Gate mode has been added as part of this update. Within it, players can train their hunters by simulating combat inside a gate against magic beasts and other hunters. Players can set their own challenge level and experience all the twists and turns of the stage until they clear it. The new ‘Enchantment’ growth system is also now available, allowing players to further enhance an artifact using earned materials. Additional stat points will be added to one of the artifact’s stats based on what kind of material is used.
Other content updates include new bosses for the Instance Dungeon and Encore Mission game modes as well as the release of Hidden Chapters 3 and 4 for Reverse Mode. The Power of Destruction will provide fresh content each week, and players can now use a universal key to enter both the Instance Dungeon and Encore Missions.
To celebrate the update, Solo Leveling: ARISE is hosting multiple events through December 19th. Players can participate in the Winter! Special Dice event to obtain a [Heroic] Blessing Stone Vol. 3, the Winter! Daily Missions provide a chance to acquire an SSR Sung Jinwoo Weapon Random Chest, and the special check-in event will be running during the same period, rewarding players with a Heroic Skill Rune Chest Vol. 4, Heroic Blessing Stone Chest Vol. 3, and more. Finally, May's Artifact Modification event will allow players to reset their artifact enhancement tiers back to 0 if they want to try again.
Solo Leveling: ARISE is an action game adaptation of the hit webtoon, Solo Leveling. Taking on the role of Jinwoo, players can experience his journey through the beloved webtoon tale firsthand, leveling up, taking on dynamic battles, and creating their own combat styles by selecting various combinations of skills and weapons. Not only can players team up with hunters from the webtoon, they can summon their own “Army of Shadows” with the iconic phrase: “Arise.”
