Elderbrain :

We're thrilled to announce that we've begun writing "Scepter of the Lightbringer," an urban investigation adventure inspired by a survey from the Elderbrain community. Set in the expansive sandbox realm of Drayl, this adventure spans from 1st to 12th level, featuring three intricately detailed city-states with dozens of locations to explore. As players unravel puzzles and mysteries, they'll race against malevolent factions, striving to thwart their dark agendas. We aim to complete the adventure by early 2025, with plans to launch a Kickstarter that will significantly reduce the wait time for fulfillment.

Introducing the Archvillains

Meet the archvillains leading two rival factions in the quest for the Scepter of the Lightbringer, epitomizing the eternal battle between light and darkness. Each is driven by profound ambitions, weaving a web of treachery and intrigue that could determine the fate of the realm.

Arzatraxos, a formidable red dragon and fervent cleric, ruthlessly enforces the dictates of the Order of the Eternal Light, leaving devastation in his wake. Having hidden for over 600 years, he has meticulously cultivated a network of cultists and eagerly awaits the resurgence of the theocracy he once zealously served.

King Kalaman Drayl, the First, once a renowned general and the inaugural king of the realm, now a vampire lurking in the shadows, manipulates his spawns and aspirants to vampirism. Under the sway of dark forces, he strives to reclaim his legacy while deftly navigating the complex politics of Drayl's fractured realms.
