Dec 3rd, 2024 - Shanghai, China - The action role-playing game Aether Gazer has unveiled a major update in conjunction with the launch of the "Echoes on the Way Back" event. This crucial update adds Chapter 19 Part II to the main storyline. Players can look forward to the addition of an exciting new S-Grade Modifier and Modifier Outfits, as well as a variety of generous rewards. The event will run until January 6th.

Limited-Time Event with Various Rewards
Following the game update, Chapter 19 Part II of the Main Story will be introduced, along with the Side Story: The Ibis and the Moon - Moonwatcher, subtitled "New words on a new page. The gears of destiny begin to turn fitfully." In addition, a brand-new event will be launched, offering players the opportunity to engage in various activities and earn rewards such as Shifted Stars.
New Modifiers are Welcomed
S-Grade Modifier: Dimglare - Verthandi
Verthandi learned the truth about herself and her past during the Hyperspace experiments, further cementing her desire to protect others. Now able to wield both Divine Grace and Bane Energy at the same time, she has a whole new attitude.
Verthandi is a light-attribute melee-type modifier who exhibits three distinct combat styles depending on her state. She can add block effects to her normal attacks and skills, frequently triggering counterattacks. Alternatively, she can significantly enhance her offensive capabilities to amplify burst damage, or she can increase her skill activation frequency for sustained damage output.
New Ultimate Skillchain
The Ultimate Skillchain continues to be a key gameplay mechanism in Aether Gazer. This update introduces a fresh Ultimate Skillchain:
Light the Path: Phantasmal Dawn - Hera & Dimglare - Verthandi
Thunder in the Hills: Roaring Thunder - Thor & Flowfly Mist - Shu
New Sigil
Properly allocating Sigils can significantly enhance a character's combat capabilities. A new Sigil will be added in the upcoming update.
Cycle of Time: (3-set effects) Increases ATK and the Mod Index Multiplier, as well as grants the Unyielding effect. When a hit is landed with the Mod Index Multiplier at no less than 200%, Skill DMG and Crit DMG increase.
New Functor
Accompanying the debut of new Modifiers, this update also introduces an additional functor. Equipping functors can greatly enhance the damage efficiency of the Modifiers:
5-Star Functor Elf - Geironul (Recommended Modifier: Dimglare - Verthandi)
New Arrivals at the Store
Following the latest update, players can now acquire two new outfits for the Modifiers: Dimglare - Verthandi's "Hymnal Fairy" and Winged Gardener - Yingzhao's "Efficiency First," both available in the store. Additionally, players have the opportunity to obtain new Additional Content and other items now available in the store.
