Apex, North Carolina — Jan. 24th, 2024 — Limited Run Games and Seedy Eye Software are proud to welcome Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore into the LRG library of premium physical releases on February 2nd, 2024—the same day that digital pre-orders launch on all platforms. Alongside standalone editions of the game, Limited Run will offer a Collector’s Edition and three collectible merch items. Physical editions of Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore will be available on Switch, PS4, PS5 and Xbox exclusively at limitedrungames.com through March 17th, 2024.

Arzette captures the best parts of its infamous inspirations and makes them shine bright. With hand-painted backdrops, colorful cutscenes, and quirky voice work from new and returning talent, including Jeffrey Rath and Bonniejean Wilbur. For a game this special, Limited Run and Seedy Eye Software worked hand-in-hand to craft the perfect physical goodies that pay tribute to Arzette and this oft-overlooked era in gaming.

With a box design inspired by original CD-i packaging, an art book and world map featuring the beautiful illustrative nature of the game, and plenty of other retro-inspired pieces to add to your collection, Limited Run invites Arzette’s new fans to take a look at the Collector’s Edition. But the Arzette goods don’t end with the games. Players will also be able to pick up a tee shirt, a 2LP original soundtrack from Jake “Button Masher” Silverman on pink vinyl, and, to top off the collection: a retro-inspired controller for the Switch and PC based on the design of the original CD-i controller. Choose this controller if you want to play Arzette, as it might have played back in 1993. Pair it with the game's “Classic Controls” mode for the most authentic CD-i experience. Pink controllers will be available exclusively as an add-on to the Arzette Collector’s Edition.

Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore is a spiritual successor to a pair of infamous fantasy adventure titles developed by Seedy Eye Software and both funded & published by Limited Run Games. It is a NEW interactive animated adventure where players must help Arzette save the Kingdom of Faramore from the evil demon king, Daimur.

Players will accompany Arzette in her journey across the Kingdom of Faramore. During her journey, she will destroy foes, unlock new areas, acquire powerful items, and find secrets, all in an effort to destroy Daimur.

WHEN: Pre-orders for the physical editions of Arzette: The Jewel of Faramore will begin on Feb. 2 and end March. 17, 2024. The digital version will be available to pre-order on Feb. 2 ahead of its full launch on Feb. 14.
