Entoyment Wargaming & Hobby Centre :

Bournemouth, UK, Wednesday 24th January 2024, event organisers Entoyment Wargaming & Hobby Centre prepare to open the doors at the Bournemouth International Centre this February for the anticipated return of its Beachhead Tabletop Gaming Show.

The annual event, now in its eighth year, sees thousands of fans and gamers head to the Bournemouth International Centre for a celebration of all things tabletop gaming and pop culture. Whether you’re a casual gamer or a seasoned tabletop general, Beachhead has plenty to offer over the two-day show. Attendees can expect a mix of top tier wargames, card games, board games, roleplay sessions, miniatures games, free participation games, demonstration games, tournaments, traders, cosplay, seminars and more.

This year’s Beachhead is bigger than ever, promising more vendors, tournaments, and a brand-new dedicated Card Game Zone to learn and play some of the world’s biggest games such as Disney’s Lorcana, Pokémon and Magic: the Gathering. There’s a chance to meet on-screen heroes in the Star Wars Zone, try brand new games from top indie talent and globally recognised publishers, enjoy military history seminars and regroup with friends over lunch to look over each other’s hauls from the stalls and vendors.

Beachhead’s tabletop wargaming tournaments have fast become a staple part of the global circuit and sees hundreds of players and top teams travelling overseas to attend. With many of this year’s tournaments already sold out, competitors are being urged to get their tickets ASAP.

Entoyment and Beachhead owner and organiser, Pete Valinski said, “We’re excited to return to the BIC and offer more than we ever have before. I love being able to bring something like this to the tabletop gaming community and offer a chance to new gamers to see how amazing this hobby is.”
