Game2Give :

January 30, 2024 – The Bungie Foundation's fifth annual fundraising campaign, Game2Give (G2G), is excited to announce a special live stream event on Twitch. Game2Give launched on January 18, 2024 with a bold goal of raising $1.5 million, but the generosity of the Bungie community is unmatched. Not only did they pass that goal, but subsequently passed $2 million as well. The Bungie Foundation is excited to engage with the Bungie community to reach even higher heights by hosting a unique live stream featuring engaging gameplay, exclusive interviews, and donation incentives, showcasing the generosity of their community on Thursday, February 1, 2024, between 10:00am to 2:00pm pacific time.

A sense of surprise and delight await viewers, with special segments and interactive opportunities. Join popular creators P!kaPeach and Leopard as they dive into thrilling gameplay sessions. Viewers will also get the unique opportunity to hear from the voice behind the Drifter, Todd Haberkorn, along with engaging discussions with representatives from Bungie, including Jarrod Luty (Bungie Foundation Producer), Andy Salisbury (Social Media Manager) and Nick Ardizzone (Narrative Lead).

Throughout the four-hour live stream, players, viewers, and donors will have the opportunity to win prizes! Excitement will build as Cozmo, Bungie's Global Community Lead, will spin a custom prize wheel with both a “gameplay challenge” and “donor prize” side. Expect an array of exciting and unpredictable challenges throughout the stream. Incredible prizes include a tour of Bungie's studio, signed Drifter print, signed The Final Shape Collector's Edition, celebrity cameos, and more. There are several ways donors can earn prizes during this special event. The type of prize depends on the amount of donation made.

  • A $77 donation earns a “Player Challenge Wheel” spin.

  • A $177 donation earns a “Prize Wheel” spin.

  • A $777 donation earns a Custom “cameo message” from Drifter.

  • A $5,000 donation earns a Studio Tour (limit 7).

If that wasn't enough, there are several fundraising milestones that can be achieved, such as unlocking voice actor lore readings and prize giveaways. There are even a few stretch goals that could lead to Bungie participants having their beards shaved live on stream or committing to get tattoos.

Join Bungie on February 1st for an unforgettable stream and help unlock generosity through collective giving!  Your participation and donations during the live stream will directly contribute to Game2Give reaching its fundraising goal. Proceeds raised will meet the scaling needs of Bungie Foundation's Little Lights program, contribute to creating a more welcoming and diverse world, and provide hope and relief to global communities facing increasing challenges. This event is not just about gaming; it's a communal effort to make a significant impact. Tune in, enjoy the content, and be a part of a gaming community that's gaming for good at https://www.twitch.tv/bungiefoundation.

The Bungie Foundation is accepting interview requests on a limited basis.
