NEW YORK, September 27th, 2004 - Jesper Kyd (www.jesperkyd.com), the Danish electronic music artist and composer, today announced he has produced new tracks and remixes exclusively for Konami's DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION: ULTRAMIXTM 2 on XboxTM. Kyd's featured dance tracks include "Istanbul Café," "Red Room" and "59 (Kyd Konami Mix)."
DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION: ULTRAMIX 2 combines fun, excitement, competition, choreography and physical interaction into one game. By accessing the enhanced Xbox Live support, players can compete head-to-head with other dancers nationwide, conduct online tournaments, upload content and download new songs, steps and characters. Also boasting a bigger music library than ever before, DANCE DANCE REVOLUTION: ULTRAMIX 2 includes exclusive songs, new game modes and content exclusively for the Xbox console.
Kyd's electronic music album releases include HITMAN: CONTRACTS, FREEDOM FIGHTERS, BRUTE FORCE and THE NATIONS. Earlier this year he performed new original electronica tracks during a live DJ session at a major game industry party in Europe.
