DevGAMM Gdańsk – speakers, networking events and other activities announced
On February 28-29 the heart of gaming will beat in Gdańsk as industry professionals gather for the next edition of the international conference

DevGAMM :
February 1st – In four weeks DevGAMM conference is returning to Amber Expo in the magical city of Gdańsk, Poland, for its second edition, after a great launch in March of last year with more than 550 professionals from 38 nations and 109 places attending.
This years’ edition will feature two days of sessions and panel discussions, with 50+ speakers in 10 thematic tracks sharing their knowledge and expertise in various fields. Among them:

The conference will also feature a meeting system allowing to arrange in-person or online business meetings effortlessly using the PINE app.
Studios will showcase their games in multiple activities, such as:
Digital Vikings Awards: A massive competition for game developers from the Baltic region.
Game Showcase: Explore a large expo area to playtest games and connect with publishers.
Public Pitch: Participate in an on-stage pitching session in front of experienced publishers and a live audience.
Game Roast: Experience the most enjoyable activity – it’s like a comedy roast, only in gamedev.
Many Baltic games presented at DevGAMM and the Digital Vikings competition will be supported by Valve and featured in an event running from February 27th until March 1st. The event will be featured on Steam from February 27th to 29th.
Attendees looking for a (new) job in the games industry can arrange a personal meeting with a representative of the interesting company or simply have a look on the Career Hub – a dream job might just be waiting there!
Those looking for a little thrill can participate in the DevGAMM Quest – by completing tasks at expo booths and collecting stamps you stand a chance to win valuable prizes (but don’t forget to participate in the raffle on the last day of the conference).
