MILWAUKIE, Ore., (June 12, 2024)— Dark Horse Books and ROUND8 Studio invite readers to explore the mysterious and thrilling world of The Lies of P in a beautiful new art book, The Art of Lies of P. This oversized, full-color book chronicles the making of the hit horror fantasy video game. It features a lovingly assembled collection of concept art, accompanied by intimate creator commentary. The Art of Lies of P is a darkly fantastic journey through the creation of the video game sensation.

“When we decided to make an art book for Lies of P, we knew we wanted to create something that served as a thank you to our fans while giving a behind-the-scenes peek at the development process for the game,” said Jiwon Choi, Director of Lies of P. “The team at Dark Horse Books took our vision for “The Art of Lies of P” and is crafting something that is truly vibrant and speaks to the love and effort from the team at ROUND8 Studios. We hope it brings joy to our Lies of P community!"

Geppetto’s puppet is trapped in a web of lies. Fierce monsters and devious figures stand between the would-be real boy and the truth: who unleashed the plague that has plunged the once prosperous city of Krat into madness and blood lust? In Lies of P, an embattled puppet must adapt his weapons and his body to face untold horrors, untangle unfathomable secrets, and confront the consequences of both honesty and deceit.

The Art of Lies of P hardcover has 224 pages and measures 9 by 12 inches. It will be available in bookstores on November 12, 2024, and in comic shops on November 13, 2024. Pre-orders are available now on Amazon, Barnes and Noble, TFAW, and at your local comic shop and bookstore, and the book will retail for $49.99.

Praise for Lies of P:

Lies of P’s greatest strength is how it rewards and empowers you at every turn to venture further through this twisted tale of puppetry and monstrous humanity, despite its oppressive world and formidable enemies. I struggled to pull myself away from Lies of P, even when it had me fuming.”— Game Informer

Lies of P is a gorgeous, bloody, unforgiving game which builds off the well-tread Souls template to create a wholly original adventure that never ceases being a joy to explore and experience.”—Gaming Trend
